Next Big Moves in the Australian Property Market 2025 w/ Dom Nesci

Today we’ve launched our new series called the Sophisticated Investor Podcast and we had Dom Nesci as our first guest. Dom is one of the Co-Founders of Wealthi and has a background in property development and financial planning.

Dom and I always sit down together at the beginning of each year to talk through our property market outlook. We’ve been doing this for many years and often, because we focus on the fundamentals, our predictions turn out pretty accurate.

For 2025 we’re both optimistic for the value end of the market, particularly properties under $1m in value markets like Melbourne and Canberra. As discussed in the podcast, we think supply is still a major challenge and this will support prices going into 2025.
