Fixing the housing crisis w/ Stuart Ayres

We recently caught up with Stuart Ayres to discuss the future of property development in NSW and how we can address the housing crisis more broadly.

Stuart is the NSW CEO of the Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA). He previously served as the Deputy Leader of the NSW Liberal Party, the NSW Minister for Enterprise, Investment and Trade, the Minister for Tourism and Sport, and the Minister for Western Sydney from December 2021 to August 2022.

Stuart gives us a good insight into the state of property development, particularly the needs of developers in order to increase supply and meet housing targets.

It’s a fascinating discussion behind the scenes into the property development industry. Housing supply will remain a major issue in the upcoming Federal Election over the next few months.
