Bridging the gap in Australian property w/ Aaron Bassin
I recently caught up with Aaron Bassin from Bridgit. They focus on bridging loans — basically when you’re moving, they allow you to buy before you sell. It’s an interesting area as our demographics change.
People are moving from state to state and when they do, they often want to purchase something before selling their home. We also have an ageing demographic where older Australians are moving from big homes into apartments closer to amenity.
Our conversation explored broader topics too like why Australia can’t build more homes and as a fellow innovator, where he sees our marketing heading into 2025.
A great conversation with a great team, I wish them all the best and I think you will find this episode insightful.
